02Full renovation or refresh
A full renovation covers strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing coordination and fit-off. This is worth doing when the waterproofing is failing, the layout no longer works, or you want to change the position of the toilet, shower or vanity. Our in-house team manages each stage, so the same people are responsible for the work from measure to handover.
A refresh can be enough if the room is structurally sound. Replacing the toilet, basin, tapware, shower head or mirror, and regrouting or resealing, may update the room without moving plumbing. Visiting the showroom helps you compare these options and see what new fixtures will look like before you commit.
We give written quotes after a measure. You can choose to buy products for your own installer or have us manage the full renovation.
03What a renovation looks like day to day
Once work starts, there will be trades coming and going, and some noise and dust are unavoidable. We keep the site tidy and let you know what is happening at each stage. If you live in a townhouse or unit, we plan access and parking as best we can around your driveway and shared areas.
It helps to keep a clear path from the entrance to the bathroom and to store any items you need daily outside the work area. Neighbours usually appreciate a quick heads-up about skip bins or trades parking. We coordinate plumbing and tiling so the room is not left open longer than it needs to be.
04TOTO products, ensuites and second bathrooms
We are an authorised TOTO dealer. In the showroom you can see floor and wall-hung toilets, Washlet bidet seats, rimless bowls, and finishes like Tornado Flush and CeFiONtect glaze. These are useful in Clayton homes where easy cleaning and a compact footprint matter.
For an ensuite or a second bathroom, a wall-hung toilet and a smaller vanity can free up floor space. A powder room may only need a toilet, basin and good tapware. We can recommend products that work with your plumbing and your budget, and you can buy them from the showroom for your own installer if you prefer.
