03What happens during the renovation
A full bathroom renovation follows a set sequence: design and product selection first, then strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing coordination and fit-off. Baroco uses a specialised in-house team, so the same people manage each stage from start to finish.
During the works, trades will need access to the bathroom and a place to park. A skip bin or trailer may be on site for waste, and a cutting area is usually set up outside. Talk with your neighbours about delivery times and noisy stages so they know what to expect. Keep a clear path from the front door to the bathroom to help the team work efficiently.
