The studio

A good bathroom is mostly decisions: where the light falls, how the tap feels in your hand, whether the toilet still looks clean on a Thursday. We help you make those decisions once, properly, and then we build it.

Design to handoverOne team from the first sketch to the last silicone line. No hand-offs between trades you have never met.

The toilet is the one thing you use every day.

Japan's TOTO has spent decades on the details most brands ignore. We stock and install the range, and we will happily let you sit on a few before you decide.

The showroom

Choose with your hands.

Our Mount Waverley showroom is set up like a run of finished rooms rather than a warehouse. Turn the taps. Open the soft-close drawers. Compare a matte black mixer with brushed nickel under the same light.

Bring a floor plan, a few phone photos or just a rough idea. We will show you what fits your room and your budget, and tell you plainly what doesn't.

How it works

Four steps, one team.

Renovations go wrong in the gaps between people. We keep design, supply and installation under one roof so nothing falls through.

i.Visit & measureMeet us at the showroom or at home. We look at the room, the plumbing and how you actually use the space.

ii.Design & selectA layout, a product schedule and finishes you have seen in person. You get a written, itemised quote.

iii.BuildOur in-house team handles strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing and fit-off on an agreed schedule.

iv.HandoverA clean room, a walk-through, warranty paperwork and a number to call if anything ever needs attention.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Still unsure? Call 0426 520 859 and talk to someone who actually installs this stuff.

Do you sell products on their own, or only full renovations?

Both. You can visit the showroom and buy tapware, toilets, vanities, basins and accessories for your own builder or plumber to install, or we can design and renovate the whole room for you.

Is Baroco an authorised TOTO dealer?

Yes. We supply genuine TOTO toilets, Washlet bidet seats, basins and accessories with full Australian warranty, and we can install them as part of a bathroom renovation.

Which areas of Melbourne do you cover?

Our showroom is in Mount Waverley, close to Oakleigh, Clayton, Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley. We take on renovation projects across Melbourne and supply products Melbourne-wide.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the size of the room and how much changes. Moving plumbing, structural work or custom joinery adds time, and so do products on back-order. We give you a written schedule before work starts.

Can I see the products before I commit?

Yes, and we recommend it. Finishes, tap weights and toilet seat heights are hard to judge from a photo. Call ahead and we will have someone free to walk you through the range.
