Yes. Baroco is an authorised TOTO dealer in Melbourne. Our TOTO and B&H stock comes through B&H, the Australian TOTO distributor, and you can see products in person at our showroom at 21/105-111 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley.

Delivery is free on orders of $7,000 or more. Below that it is $75 within 10 km of our Mount Waverley showroom and $175 further away. You can also pick up from the showroom for free.

Yes. Tick the installation option on the product page and a licensed plumber fits it for $330 per item. That covers a standard fit-off; if your site needs extra work, such as new pipework or a power point for a WASHLET, we quote it before starting.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery or pick-up if it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Faulty products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See our terms page for the details.

Start with your plumbing: an S-trap (floor waste) or P-trap (wall waste) and the rough-in distance decide which pans fit. Then choose between back-to-wall, wall-faced and wall-hung, and decide whether you want a WASHLET seat. Call 0426 520 859 or visit the showroom and we will check it with you.
