01Working with Mulgrave's housing mix

02Full renovation or a targeted refresh

The showroom is a short drive from Mulgrave and also convenient if you are coming from Glen Waverley, Clayton or Springvale. Seeing the products in person is especially useful for TOTO toilets, because the rimless bowls, CeFiONtect glaze and Washlet seats are easier to understand when you can test them. We can talk through which models suit a family bathroom and which are better for an ensuite or powder room.
04What to expect during the build
Once work starts, our in-house team handles the strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing coordination and fit-off. For most Mulgrave homes, that means a trades vehicle or two parked near the property during the day, some noise from cutting and drilling, and a skip or trailer for old materials. We keep access to your front door clear and contain dust as much as possible.
If the bathroom being renovated is the only one in the house, plan for a few days where you cannot shower at home. We can sequence the work so the toilet is out of action for the shortest practical time, but it is worth arranging to use a neighbour's or gym shower. For a second bathroom or ensuite, we can often keep one bathroom usable while work proceeds in the other.
